Job Title: Airfreight Associate
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote (In-office attendance required in coming months)
About the Role
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Airfreight Associate to join our logistics team. This is a remote role to start, with a requirement to work from our office in the near future. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn logistics procedures.
Responsibilities
- Place and manage airfreight bookings with airlines
- Liaise with airlines by phone and email to coordinate shipments
- Complete customs declarations accurately and on time
- Work closely with our offshore international team to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate with international customers and partners in a clear, professional manner
- Follow established procedures and meet deadlines
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams for day-to-day tasks
- Review and interpret invoices and airwaybills (a bonus)
